Is Domain and Hosting expiry the same?
No, Domain and Hosting expiry are two different things. Since Domain Name and Hosting are two different services, the expiry date for the two will also be different.
It depends upon when you purchased the service and what is the period selected while purchasing. So renewing one service does not mean that both are renewed. You have to renew both the services before it expires.
You will be notified of the expiry date by us, 10 days prior to the expiration of the service. Or you can also find the expiry date by logging into your client account in Hiox India. You will get the renewal details under the Renewals menu, which you can find once you login.
