Open your Command prompt / Terminal and type ping domainname. It will show the IP address which is your A record.
Example:
root@demo:~# ping domainname
PING domainname (192.168.0.15) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from host.server.com (192.168.0.15): icmp_seq=1 ttl=54 time=210 ms
64 bytes from host.server.com (192.168.0.15): icmp_seq=2 ttl=54 time=253 ms
64 bytes from host.server.com (192.168.0.15): icmp_seq=3 ttl=54 time=192 ms
