How to block domain in outlook?

You can block mail from specific sender by adding their e-mail address or their domain name to the Blocked Senders List. So whenever messages from those addresses or domain name in this list are always treated as junk and it moves any incoming message from Blocked Senders List to the Junk E-mail folder.

  • In Tools menu, click Options to open the Options dialog box.

  • In the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail .it will open Junk E-mail Options dialog box.

  • Click the Blocked Senders tab.

  • Then click Add.

  • In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter the domain name or email address that you want to add as block list. Eg: example.com, support@example.com.

  • Click OK
