How to Change Phone Number in Hioxindia?

It is easy to change your phone number or contact address in Hioxindia. Your mobile number change is possible only if you have access to your current mobile number registered with Hioxindia. Follow the steps given below.

Note : You cannot change your registered email with Hioxindia. Also, It is not possible to change your phone number if you do not have access to your registered phone number.

Step 1: Login to Hioxindia Client Login.

Step 2: Click on My Profile from the menu.

Step 3: Click Edit Profile below the profile details.

Step 4: Click on Address to change the contact address or mobile to change the mobile number. Select both to update both address and phone number and click on Edit button.

Step 5: An OTP will be shared to your registered email address and mobile number. Enter the OTP in the respective fields and click on Submit button.

Step 6: Please new phone number you wish to change and click on Get OTP.

Step 7: Enter OTP received on your new mobile number and click on Submit to verify your new number. In this phase, your mobile number would be successfully changed.

Step 8: Now, Edit your profile contact details if your wish to change. You would also require to upload your address proofs as requested for verification of the new address changed. Click on Update.

Step 9: Your Contact address and mobile number have been successfully changed.
