How to create a text files in Direct Admin Panel?

Step 1 : Login to DirectAdmin control panel. (Please check your hosting configuration mail from HIOX India for the username and password details)

Step 2 : Go to System Info & Files -> File Manager

Step 4 : Choose public_html diretory.

Step 3 : Click on New button on top left corner a drop down will be listed.

Step 5 : Choose Text File and select the required text file format (Plain, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, etc.,) from the drop down list to create a new text file.

Step 6 : Choose the file you wish to create. A pop-up would appear enter the name of the file and click on Create button. Here i have chosen to create a javascript file.

Step 7 : A new script.js file has been created successfully.

Step 7 : To edit / delete a text file, right click on the file and choose the required option from the drop down menu that pops-up.

Step 8 : Here, i have chosen to remove the js file created. Confirm to remove by clicking on the Remove button that appears on the dialog box that appears.
