If you have any static IP then you will not get the DHCP hostname.In other cases you can use the following commands
Windows : open command prompt and enter ipconfig /all (or) netsh dhcp show server (or) ipconfig /all | findstr /C:DHCP Server
Linux : Get the hostname under /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
