Domain Ownership dispute for domains registered under their employee e-mail id

Domain Ownership Dispute

This case arises if you claim to be the owner of your domain, but you are not the owner of the e-mail id which is used for registering the domain.

It is your responsibility to have registered the domain under proper e-mail id. The best solution here would be to ask the employee to change the e-mail id to the company's e-mail id that you want to.

If the employee has misused the company's resource and used his e-mail id without the owner's knowledge, then it should be taken to the concern legal authorities. You can even file a complaint under cybercrime (or) you can get a legal advice.
