First create the files in .bak file format and then upload the files through FTP. After uploading the files, just send a mail to support@hioxindia.com from your registered mail id. In the mail you need to mention about the 'directory' i.e. the path/location, at where you have uploaded the files. Once we receive the mail, we will restore the database of your website or domain name.
