Yes, You can switch over from shared hosting to reseller hosting. All you have to do is to send a support mail to support@hioxindia.com with your domain name for which you have purchased the shared hosting and the reseller hosting plan you wish to move.
Once, received the support mail, our technical persons will verify the account and mail you with the procedures and payment details in breif to your registered email id. Follow the steps as given in the email.
