My website is affected by virus. What can I do?

If you have self backup, you can make a fresh upload of those old backup files.

Otherwise you can contact Hiox India support team at support@hioxindia.com. If backup is available at that point of time, the support team will restore the backup files.

Note: Once restoration process is complete, change your password and never store it in browser or in FTP clients.
