To change default Tomcat Admin & Manager user name and password, edit the conf/tomcat-users.xml file under tomcat application server.
In the configuration stats, user manager only can access manager role web interface but admin can access both admin and manager role web interface in tomcat application server.
After making changes in tomcat-users.xml file, Restart your Tomcat server for changes to be effect.
