The following steps need to follow for updating whois information of your domain
Login to your Hioxindia Client Account.
Go To Orders --->My Invoice.
Under your domain name, Go To Managed DNS --- >Whois.
Click Whois and in new page ,you can see Billing, Technical, Registrant, admin details of the domain. Do change details and update it.
It will ask you , whether changes needs to reflect in domain whois details. If you click yes, the contact information of all your domains in your account will be updated with the new changes. Click yes and then you can see domain name, Select the domain name and click submit.
If you need to change whois information for all domains under your client account means,then Click profile menu, there you can edit all the details and click the change button,once you changed.
It will ask you , whether changes needs to reflect in domain whois details. If you click yes, the contact information of all your domains in your account will be updated with the new changes. Click yes and then you can see domain name list, Select the domain name for which you need to update details and click submit. If you need to update for all domain,then do click update this profile details in all of my domains check box.
The changes will reflect in the whois database. It might take up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected in all ISP network.
