Why my IP is blocked in the server?

Your IP address might be blocked in the server due to many reasons as follows:
1) Multiple failures of Cpanel login.
2) Multiple failures of Webmail login.
3) By the wrong configuration of Outlook password.
4) By wrong FTP port number.

5) In Wordpress site, if you have installed External block in mod_security, it will lead to blocking your IP.

You may unblock IP address easily following the below steps.

Step 1: Login to your Client Login
Step 2: Navigate through Orders ------> MyInvoices
Step 3: Select the hosting plan you wish to unblock IP and click on Other request option.
Step 4: Enter your public IP address to unblock and click submit.

Once requested it will be unblocked automatically within 5mins.
